Caleb Smith is an aviation photographer and founder of Low Pass Photo, based in Ohio. A mechanical engineering student at Ohio University and Treasurer of OU Rocketry Club. Caleb combines a technical understanding of aircraft with an appreciation to capture and write stories,

Since 2023 Caleb has covered the Dayton Air Show annually, photographing the Blue Angels, Thunderbirds, F-22 Raptor demo team, and dozens of other military and civilian aircraft. Beyond aviation, Caleb serves as a sports photographer for The Post, Ohio University’s independent student media organization, bringing the same eye for action and precision to the sidelines as he does to the flight line. Caleb reads media protocols and knows specific regulations for shooting football and basketball games.

Shooting with a Canon EOS R10 + 400mm and Canon EOS 60D + 70-200mm, Low Pass Photo is building toward full media credentials and flight line access.
