The 2025 CenterPoint Energy Dayton Air Show took place June 21-22 at Dayton International Airport in Dayton, Ohio. The show featured an impressive lineup headlined by the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds and the U.S. Army Golden Knights parachute team. Static and flying displays included the iconic B-29 Superfortress Doc, a C-17 Globemaster III, and the rare MiG-17 from the Fighter Jets Demo Team. Civilian performers brought plenty of excitement as well, with Red Bull Air Force, Third Strike Wingwalking, Bob Carlton’s Foxjet Sailplane, and Tom Larkin’s Subsonex Jet all taking to the skies. The show wrapped each day with a pyrotechnics display, and the Goodyear Blimp made its familiar appearance over the field. The Thunderbirds showcased tremendous skill and expertise over their F-16 fighter jets. They can be as close at 18 inches from each other.
